The Elective Course is a component of North Carolina's continuing education program for real estate brokers. Unlike mandatory courses, the Elective Course allows brokers to choose a topic that aligns with their professional interests and career goals. This course aims to broaden a broker's knowledge and skills in and of the processes and standards used in Ethics Hearings and Arbitration hearings.
